Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Reporting:
Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Data Management:
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Create and manage data models, spreadsheets, and templates to streamline data processes.
Advanced Excel Skills:
Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS).
Create and manipulate pivot tables and pivot charts to summarize and present data.
Use Excel's data analysis toolpak, solver, and other advanced features for in-depth analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data collection and processing methodologies.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes and implement best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Excel features and data analysis techniques.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Demonstrated expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Proficiency in other data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus but not required.
