Responsibilities

Apply instructional design theory to design course content in collaboration with project leads and subject matter experts.

Create and refine learning programs incorporating modern learning practices in an agile environment.

Use adult learning theory to select appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience characteristics and content.

Develop complex digital programs and applications.

Review program evaluations, learning metrics, and participant feedback to recommend program improvements.

Design evaluation strategies and tools to measure program effectiveness and achieve desired learning outcomes.

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred.

7+ years of training design experience, including leading training program design efforts. Experience with complex content and designing training for various delivery modalities (classroom, online, self-paced e-Learning).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, and broad knowledge of instructional technologies.

In-depth experience in Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Character Animator.
