Responsibilities
Develop and execute visually compelling design solutions for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, and environmental graphics.
Collaborate with the Brand Design Team to create and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.
Design marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website content.
Assist in the development of product packaging, in-store displays, and merchandising materials.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Work closely with other departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of design work.
Contribute to photography, illustration and CGI asset art direction

Required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field preferred
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in graphic design and within a branding or marketing environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Preferred
Passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and motorcycle culture is a plus.
