Provide complex calendar support for the GM of Global Marketing
Coordinate meeting logistics and responsibilities
Manage domestic and international travel scheduling
Handle end-to-end logistics for team meetings and offsites
Reconcile expense reports and manage team budget

Required
10+ years of experience working with Executive level managers in an administrative role
Strong planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
