Responsibilities
Play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions and providing strategic insights that shape business strategies.
Oversee the analytics function, analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide key metrics and insights to stakeholders, lead the analytics team through goal setting and guidance, and foster a collaborative culture.

Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics with a strong track record of leading analytics teams and projects.
Web3 Experience is a must!
Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for gaming.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred
A genuine love for cars and automotive culture is highly desirable.
