Responsibilities

Install and upgrade Atlassian products

Manage upgrades, patches, availability, and performance of Jira, along with installed Atlassian marketplace add-ons

Provide technical assistance and training in using JIRA and other tools as identified

Configure and Manage Jira projects, users, permissions, Dashboards, Notifications, custom fields, field configurations, workflows, workflow functions

Design, configure, manage, and support Atlassian tools, primarily JIRA

Develop custom workflows, plugins and Integrations

Create Jira training and Support documentation

Training JIRA Project Team Support resources

Create JIRA training and support documentati
