Responsibilities
Defines, develops, and communicates new standards and best practices.
Manages day-to-day operations of the Director's Office.
Supervises administrative assistants and coordinates travel arrangements.
Ensures compliance with budget allocations and policies.
Administers operational, financial, and business functions.
Coordinates faculty recruitment, appointment, and credentialing processes.
Participates in budget determination and financial transactions.
Manages day-to-day practice operations and clinical services.
Works on communications, outreach, and alumni relations.
Monitors facilities conditions and safety plans.
Implements strategic operation plans and recommends improvements.
Oversees student support and graduate/undergraduate student services.
Acts as a liaison to IT for technology systems maintenance.
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Required
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in a major such as business, accounting or related; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.
4 years' administrative experience including budgets, finance, grants, facilities, &/or human resources; or other relevant experience.
5 years of administrative support or other relevant experience required.
Bachelors Degree
Preferred
10 years of administrative support or other relevant experience required.
Masters Degree
Experience with NU Portal and systems, e.g. NUFinancials, Cognos, purchasing
