Responsibilities

Performs complex tasks in preparing documents and reports to assist the division or entity SVP.

Administers high-level day-to-day office operations and performs word processing tasks.

Prepares various reports, research, budget reconciliation, and personnel documents.

Coordinates meetings, travel arrangements, and maintains the Executive's calendar.

Develops record-keeping procedures to ensure accuracy and maintenance of confidential records.

Interacts with customers and colleagues to provide accurate information and excellent customer service.

Refers questions to appropriate team members and maintains confidentiality.

Organizes and assists in special projects as needed.

Handles all information in a confidential manner.

Associate's Degree

Required

Associate's degree or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
