Required
Seasoned in Business Development: Bring at least 7 years of experience in selling engineering services, including staff augmentation and managed teams with outcome-based models.
Client Acquisition Ace: Demonstrate unmatched skill in spotting and capturing new client opportunities.
Extensive Industry Network: Have a deep understanding of engineering services and a strong client network.
Technological Visionary: Understand technology trends and excel in client interactions across industries.
Pioneer of Transformative Deals: Have a history of driving new product development and organizational transformation for long-term value in software engineering and technology consulting.
Preferred
Preferably with a Software Engineering Background: Experience in agile software development, a history in software engineering, and insights into software product management are ideal.
