Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for high availability and performance.

Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, analyze network needs, and propose solutions.

Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, Ruckus Access Points, and Fortinet firewalls.

Monitor network performance, identify and resolve issues proactively.

Implement and manage network security measures like firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

Collaborate with vendors for effective network management and support.

Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations.

Stay updated on industry trends, make recommendations for network improvements.

Provide technical support to junior engineers and IT staff.

Participate in security management, use diagnostic tools, suggest improvement processes, attend webinars and conferences.
