Responsibilities

Provide assistance to Marketing/Sales teams on various internal supports for business activities.

Act as a liaison between Plant and customers to facilitate timely shipments.

Monitor sales activities to achieve projected sales targets while maintaining proper PSI balance.

Coordinate with plant site and sales departments to maintain healthy inventory.

Handle customer complaints.

Prepare business reports.

Perform market research to understand market conditions.

Complete other tasks/projects as assigned by supervisor.

Required

College graduate required.

Must be computer literate. Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Company provides on job training, including Standard Operating Procedure(SOP), and other internal and external trainings as planned, developed, and prescribed.

Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.

Ability to communicate over the phone, face to face, and in written documents.

Willing to travel within the United States. Flexible if overtime is required.

Preferred

College graduate with 2-3 years business/marketing coordination related work experience is preferred.
