Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for resolving issues, enhancements, and projects
Formulate and configure applications to meet business requirements and execute solutions that help business units achieve their strategic objectives
Author Functional Specification Documents
Test and track business requirements through implementation
Analyze business strategy and user needs, document business processes, and translate business objectives into proper system requirement specifications for resolving issues, new enhancements, and new applications
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding and available IT solutions
Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
1-2+ years of Business Analyst experience through internships or industry experience
Experience developing and managing functional/technical specifications and test plans
2+ years SAP experience
Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft office, SharePoint or similar tool
Ability to identifying process issues and suggestions for improvement
3 years of hands-on OTC experience
Preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Visio
Go-live/hypercare support experience
Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools
Knowledge of Agriculture Business and Industry
