Responsibilities
Manage a suite of complex work efforts that span multiple time zones with matrixed team members
Exhibit strong leadership qualities to build and motivate team members, ensuring work effort goals are met
Own full program life cycle from initiation to deployment for the initiatives under their responsibility
Communicate clearly and effectively with senior management on program status, risks, issues, and decisions
Report on program success criteria results, metrics, and deployment management activities
Work in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence
Create, maintain, and communicate project plans to drive the program’s progress
Manage day-to-day program activities, resources, and program team meetings
Provide status reporting on program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
Understand and manage interdependencies across the program’s workstreams
Manage program scope, changes, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, risks, and issues
Continually manage program expectations, delegate and manage deliverables, monitor outcomes, and control issues
Mitigate program issues and risks to ensure on-time delivery of business outcomes
Matrixed management of other Initiatives Managers supporting programs under their responsibility

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
10+ years of experience as a project or program manager implementing large scale technology driven change.
Industry Experience: Consulting or Technology service delivery background strongly preferred
External customer delivery processes and systems preferred
Preferred
PMI Project Management Professional or equivalent preferred
Knowledge, background and/or hands on experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, preferred (such as ServiceNow, Oracle PPM, Workday PSA, Clarity, etc)
Matrixed team building and management background preferred
