Responsibilities

Collaboration with product managers and system teams to understand business need, functionality, and desired outcome.

Drive discussions, Analysis & documentation, and requirement alignment across scrum & system teams.

Lead scrum team in user stories creation and definition to support development and quality testing of functionality.

Drive production delivery following sprint cadence.

Manage and track user story completion in a SAFe/Agile framework.

Manage dependencies to ensure commitments are known and remain on track.

Promote transparency by effectively communicating in ART Sync, ad-hoc meetings, and ceremonies.

Represent product in technical discussions and solution decisions to ensure the correct path forward for the product.
