Responsibilities
Drives relationships with multiple stakeholders to define metrics and create operational performance reporting and dashboarding for supply chain teams.
Represents supply chain through all internal collaborative channels as the data expert for the supply chain analytics reporting environment and help users create dashboards and reporting for their business need
Mentor Supply Chain COOPs by providing project oversight, guidance, and development
Leads the development and execution of training, support, and troubleshooting for analytics environment
Leads the retrieval and quality control of data related to financial, merchandising, shopper marketing, e-commerce, and supply chain revenue to ensure the data accuracy.
Builds the supporting business process for analytical support, dashboard maintenance and reports to identify business opportunities to unlock the values
Collaborate closely with the strategy group and key cross-functional leadership to support decisions and evaluate potential strategic opportunities, with a focus on providing recommendations on improvement for strategic tests and initiatives underway.
Leads the partnership with finance and IT and relevant leaders to develop meaningful assumptions for financial models (including any pro forma investment models) regarding impacts of major strategic initiatives
Develop presentations utilized to communicate meaningful results, trends, and insights regarding the performance of key strategic initiatives.
Drives strategic projects, creating structure around ambiguous strategic questions, analyzing complex business problems, and developing data driven insights to support a solution
Lead and engage in discussions with leadership about innovative approaches to analysis and the implications of different data, while building alignment on the results.
Supports overall IT relationships, budgeting process, prioritization, and resource allocation in collaboration with IT leads and analytics product managers

Required
Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, engineering, math, statistics, or other quantitatively oriented major; Master's Degree in similar quantitative field preferred
5-8 years relevant work experience
Supply Chain experience is a plus
Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office; Mastery of PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint; Expertise in Microsoft Azure
Database and SQL knowledge, Python, R, SAS
Significant experience with analytics, statistics and structured problem solving
Strong oral and written communication skills and confidence sharing strategic analytics with senior leaders
Ability to challenge conventional thinking to deliver innovative recommendations
Preferred
Master's Degree in similar quantitative field
Experience with Microsoft Azure stack, Hadoop, Hive clusters, Apache Spark, Databricks
