Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the design process

Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of sports teams, venues, ticketing ops, and promoters

Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies while also sweating the details through execution and launch

Balance speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product development

Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for data, systems thinking, and progressive discovery
