Responsibilities

Mange several direct reports

Performs EMI/EMC Testing for the Division's military and commercial customers.

Performs Shielding Effectiveness and custom material parameters tests for Division R&D, Applications, and customers.

Interpret results of EMI tests to make recommendations to customers to solve test failures.

Prepare, modify, and review EMI test reports, plans, and data for customers.

Works with Division's R&D team to test new and existing EMI and Thermal material for electric properties.

Control the calibration system for Test Service Department

Participates in Quality Control program of Test Service Department

Perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role.

Other duties may be assigned.

Use appropriate PPE for designated area.
