Responsibilities
Build and support legal operations, including for Rippling’s litigation, employment, and commercial legal teams
Create scalable processes for managing commercial relationships and sales enablement, including operations to support efficient resolution of terms of service questions, non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and other contract management issues
Coordinate internal litigation and discovery needs, including legal holds, data collection and processing, organization, and document production
Create and drive processes around employment legal compliance, including auditing key training and employment document execution and partnering with the legal and recruiting team on processes for other employment document needs
Develop, implement, and continually improve legal operations policies, processes, and procedures

Required
5+ years experience in a legal operations or paralegal capacity, preferably with a combination of in-house technology company and law firm experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to prioritize, drive and respond to multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems in new areas
Team player who takes initiative and demonstrates curiosity about how our company and business works
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starting, and comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment
