Responsibilities

Plans, schedules, and evaluates geospatial and technical training work to be accomplished by subordinates, including setting work priorities.

Manages the safety, training, performance standards, EEO, and disciplinary actions of employees.

Oversees geospatial and technical training projects related to quality, effectiveness, and timeliness of program objectives.

Manages short- and long-range planning activities, including strategic plan, workforce plan, technical training schedule, budget, internal controls, and reporting.

Plays a key role in the development and implementation of new geospatial program and technical training policies, processes, guidelines, systems, and performance metrics.
