Responsibilities
Interacting daily with C-level executives, leadership team, and their assistants.
Coordinating Senior Leadership Staff Meetings and all department meetings.
Managing a complex, changing calendar and scheduling meetings.
Arranging travel and coordinating agendas.
Typing letters, memoranda, and reports and proofreading documents.
Preparing presentations and other documents using software packages.
Screening email inquiries, taking messages, and responding to questions.
Maintaining confidential information and databases.
Coding, compiling, and filing correspondences, records, and reports.
Taking and preparing notes of meetings and conferences.
Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
Greeting and assisting visitors and arranging escorts.
Preparing, checking, and processing expense reports and invoices.
Gathering and arranging materials for projects.
Maintaining documents and files of a complex or confidential nature.

Required
High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience; or 9 years' experience in a related field
Experience directly reporting to and supporting C-level executive and their respective teams
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word required
Excellent planning, organization, meeting coordination and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to relate professionally with executive-level management.
Demonstrated ability and experience to act proactively and to effectively anticipate and respond to the needs of the executive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to use judgment to field inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Must have experience managing and maintaining confidential, business and personnel sensitive information
Must be detail-oriented, able to develop and maintain highly efficient work environment, and able to effectively prioritize; time management skills
Strong calendar management skills
Strong writing/communication skills
Preferred
BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly desired (i.e., Business, etc.)
Experience in telecommunications industry is a bonus
