Responsibilities
Processes escalated claims, assesses reasons for escalation, and provides resolution as directed
Links invoices, contracts, and Proof of Performance to claims
Uses systems, reports, and SOPs to work on claims steps and gather information
Processes invalid claims according to policies
Resolves claims 'clean passed' in error
Researches validation issues and recommends solutions
Reviews claims dashboard for actionable items
Meets or exceeds client and customer goals
Makes final decisions on claims validity
Communicates with Sales, clients, customers, and management team as needed
Manages client and customer target dates
Proactively resolves escalations and complex situations
Works to decrease defects and achieve automation targets
Monitors escalations data to determine root causes
Discusses defect issues with stakeholders
Provides solutions for operational obstacles
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
Four years claims experience preferred
Food brokerage experience and/or clients’ experience in sales administration is strongly preferred
Relationship management experience preferred
