Responsibilities

Conduct user research: Understand user needs, pain points, and motivations through qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, A/B testing).

Develop and maintain design systems: Establish and maintain a consistent design language across all products and platforms.

Present and advocate for design decisions: Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gaining buy-in and alignment.

Stay up-to-date on design trends and technologies: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving design landscape.

Collaborate effectively: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient design process.
