Responsibilities

Researches equipment and technology solutions and provides input technology roadmaps.
Leads new equipment projects, includes developing CERs, User Requirements, floor layout, overseeing FAT / SAT, equipment installation, and production start-up.
Establishes PMs and spare parts list with equipment supplier and maintenance team.
Collaborates with scheduling, supervisor/lead, and process engineer/technician on machine cycle times, capacity, and capabilities and consulted on machine issues, troubleshooting, & resolution.
Participates in continuous improvement projects which are designed to optimize and standardize equipment and related output.
