Responsibilities
Integrate knowledge of enterprise sub-function’s or business line’s overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions or operations.
Interpret internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, recommend course of action and best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Act as a technical expert / lead integrating cross-function understanding within their own field of specialty; manage team(s) of related specialists.
Independently manage end-to-end functional programs.

Required
5+ years experience in a liquidity/ALM/Treasury role, specifically within ILST and/or 2052A
Understanding of Liquidity Risk Methodology (Team is looking at banking products - deposits, cash, loans, etc.) NOT trading
Understanding and working knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation
Product knowledge - good to have something like loans, cash products, deposits, etc. doesn’t really care if they have trading knowledge
Experience with Different collaboration of different levels of stakeholders - reporting team, audit, first line treasury from a front office perspective
Front office experience is a plus so they can offer front office perspective
Hands-on model experience would be helpful - building from scratch in some cases
Preferred
How well they have the product knowledge - for example, performing reconciliation from a balance sheet and there's a specific deposit they need to look into - are they able to go into the sheet and see how the deposit is being reported and what the balance should be
Do they know what a demand deposit means VS another type of deposit (ex. Fixed deposit, Savings deposit, current deposit)- they will be helping to build the mechanics around this
