Responsibilities
Lead the adoption and optimization of cloud services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage cloud resources and services to optimize scalability, security, and performance.
Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for efficient Azure environment management.
Utilize Ansible for configuration management to ensure consistent deployment standards.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
Implement and manage security protocols within cloud environments to protect data and meet regulatory requirements.
Set up and maintain monitoring tools to track system performance and health.
Mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers and IT professionals.
Maintain clear communication with business leaders and IT teams to ensure technology aligns with business goals.
Stay updated on new Azure features and DevOps tools.
Provide strategic direction for cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks to ensure compliance and cost management.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 7 Years Of IT Experience, Preferably In Retail.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management and Agile Frameworks.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Azure, Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps.
Preferred
Experience Leading High-performing Teams Through Change Is Preferred.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, architecture, and services is advantageous.
