Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision, develop and maintain standard process document, of moderate complexity, which are used to train USRM business users of the General Ledger
Identify and introduce process improvements
Provide technical insights and advise management on technical solutions.
In coordination with team members and management, evaluate procedural or technical challenges, ideate on potential solutions, often involving improvement to tools, and work with peers to implement those solutions.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders regarding tool requirements and troubleshooting in support of product launches.
Adhere to product roll-out time-lines and hand-off dates by independently prioritizing work and managing time.
Frequently share out work with peers, manager, and cross-functional partners.

Required
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, or related discipline preferred.
Master's in same or related disciplines strongly preferred.
2 to 4 years experience in finance or accounting preferred.
Preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite, PowerBI and SAP preferred.
