Responsibilities

Work closely with global sales experts, technology experts, and product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions

Use content authoring tools, visual design tools, and the LMS to create end-to-end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments, and multimedia resources

Drive continual improvement of the enablement program to be effective, relevant, and support long-term behavioral change for the sales team

Champion consistent and high-quality learning experiences and resources

Required

Experience using/working with Saas sales processes

Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective learning resources

Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)

Experience with project management and stakeholder management

The ability to scope, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs to meet the needs of the sales teams

Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex ambiguous situations

Process driven with ability to take ownership, plan and work autonomously

Conduct root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reporting

Understanding of L&D trends, developments and best practices
