Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement software solutions.
Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices.
Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements and translating technical requirements into programmed application modules.
Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues.
Take an active role in code reviews and design reviews.
Participate in project planning sessions with project managers and business analysts.

Required
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer/Developer, Java Developer, or related occupation
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer/Developer, Java Developer, or related occupation
Experience in designing and developing software applications in Java
Experience in designing and developing applications with React
Experience in designing and implementing REST and SOAP web services
Experience in developing applications for Cloud using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloud Foundry
Experience in data modeling and implementing database scripts using Oracle database
Experience in developing, executing, and performance tuning SQL queries
Experience in performing unit testing using Junit and Mockito
Experience in designing and implementing microservices using Spring Boot and Spring framework
Experience in implementing rules with Drools and Rulebook
Experience in working with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or AppDynamics
Experience in performing static code analysis using SonarQube
Experience in performing event-driven design and implementation using Apache Kafka
Experience in automated testing
Experience in performance testing
Experience in Functional Testing
Experience in Regression Testing
Experience in JSON, XML, J2EE, Linux, Apache Tomcat, Agile SDLC, Waterfall SDLC, Javascript, TypeScript, JQuery, NodeJS, CSS, HTML, Hibernate and JPA, Splunk, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, shell scripting, JIRA, Application Architecture Disciplines, and Infrastructure Architecture Disciplines
