Responsibilities

Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.

Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; and interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.

Mentor team members to cultivate the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to business needs and create a data-driven culture.

Prepare and deliver results to stakeholders and facilitate the deployment of models to production systems.

Required

Master's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

5+ years of relevant experience

Ability to maintain confidentiality of corporate data

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

Business-minded leadership, with proven experience leading data teams and contributing key insights

Deep technical expertise in Data Science, Analytics, or related fields

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and insights to various audiences

Ability to work independently on routine tasks and new projects with minimal supervision

Ability to analyze data requiring evaluation of identifiable factors

Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization

Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment while managing multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills
