Responsibilities

Conduct research into logistics operations (Class I and Class III), including literature reviews, interviews, and site visits.

Canvass logistics databases, integrate data from numerous sources, and manipulate the data for analysis of courses of action.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of logistics operations, including application of analytical and what-if.

Synthesize project findings into actionable recommendations with demonstrable benefits in business performance.

Communicate with clients through written reports and oral presentations.

Coordinate and staff recommendations with multiple agencies.

Assist in marketing of consulting services, including market research, teaming arrangements, competitive analysis, and creation of marketing publications.

Assist in business performance assessment and reporting.
