Responsibilities
Work with clients to plan, organize, and execute healthcare construction projects
Finalize subcontracts, establish budget, confirm scope, design review, schedule materials/contractors, cost tracking, etc...
Document control - RFIs, POs, change orders, project tracking, etc..
Attending OAC meetings as required
Periodic travel to various job sites to meet with clients

Required
5+ years' experience managing healthcare construction projects
Experience working in an Owner's Rep capacity, either with a consultant or directly with a hospital / healthcare system
Architectural or Engineering background, preferred
Leadership experience - ability to lead and mentor junior staff
