Responsibilities

Lead the Facilities Engineering department in maintaining commercial/medical office properties.

Spend the majority of time onsite with premier clients in the Buckhead area.

Handle a variety of maintenance tasks and know when to involve external professionals.

Calmly and charismatically interact with tenants to address their concerns and maintain a positive working environment.

Undergo background checks and drug screenings before starting work due to the sensitive nature of the properties.
