Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document findings.
Provide direct support to the Director on ad hoc projects and in day-to-day operations.
Maintain department templates and general departmental SharePoint site content.
Utilize MS Office suite and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with industry leaders in the healthcare IT world.

Required
Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration or Office Management.
Experience or familiarity with the ServiceNow report writing tool.
Experience or familiarity using and supporting ServiceNow.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates
Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document findings.
Excellent analytic, problem-solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment.
Someone who is self-motivated and will jump in and do the work.
Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance
Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating data from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions.
Preferred
Healthcare, hospital/health system work experience
