Responsibilities

Assist with the overall management and success of assigned construction projects.
Manage all staff assigned to the project and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders.
Provide oversight for accurate and timely completion of paperwork and administrative aspects required for project management execution.
Monitor project activity including schedules, spending, and related items to ensure timely and quality completion.
Prepare, complete, or review all project reports to ensure accuracy and provide project status reports, financial reports, and project schedules.
Facilitate weekly project status meetings with project stakeholders and distribute meeting minutes.
Conduct internal staff meetings to disseminate company and project information and ensure staff is informed of safety regulations.
Perform final review of construction projects, notify subcontractors of bid approvals, and procure materials for the project.
Review subcontractor and vendor invoices, follow up with clients for timely payments, and prepare change orders and final billing.
Prepare project closeout documentation, establish and maintain effective working relationships with project team members.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or equivalent work experience is preferred.
1-3 years of commercial general contractor experience.
Well developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.
Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects is required.
Employees will contribute to and consistently apply Structure Tone’s policies and procedures by effectively working with all Structure Tone personnel without to regard to race, religion, age, national origin, gender, physical or mental disability.
