Responsibilities
Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define objectives, scope, and timelines.
Project Execution: Lead project teams, monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
Project Communications: Maintain professionalism in all internal and external communications.
Resource Management: Forecast and allocate resources, manage utilization, and ensure team readiness.
Budget Management: Develop and track project budgets, identify deviations, and escalate issues.
Program Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, inform about project deviations and opportunities.
Technical Oversight: Ensure technical progress, adherence to IT policies, and cybersecurity standards.
Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards, conduct checks, and ensure compliance.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the main client contact, address concerns, and manage feedback.
Change Management: Assess scope changes, evaluate impacts, and implement change strategies.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, generate reports for visibility.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements, stay updated with industry trends, and provide innovative solutions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
5+ years as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry, managing complex technology projects involving systems, networks, cloud, and security.
Strong knowledge and understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and security protocols.
Certification: ITIL certification highly desirable. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable. CISSP certification highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and mitigating risks.
Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and reporting. Moovila (software tool) a plus.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
