Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Strategy to translate product requirements into actionable user experiences.
Engage with designers, user researchers, business analysts, and software engineers to facilitate the design process.
Contribute actively to concept development and ideation for new product features.
Create essential design artifacts such as user flows, sketches, wireframes, and journey maps.
Document outcomes from design meetings and maintain thorough records of design deliverables.

Required
Proven skills in interaction design and user experience principles with a min 5 years of professional design experience with complex software, including user experience design of enterprise applications.
Experience designing for enterprise sales applications is a strong plus.
Strong online, or distributable, portfolio/work samples
Experience working closely with product and technology organizations
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize UX issues and review the results of user research
Should be able to work in Pacific Time zone.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent experience.
