Responsibilities

Conduct analysis in various areas: Warehousing, customer service, and deployment

Prepare and publish KPIs for Supply Chain and performance reports

Maintain critical data elements

Responsible for overall product accountability including inventory transactions, deployment of stock transfer movements, inventory reconciliation, consumption, and conduct receipts in BUSS system and/or Oracle

Develop strong working relationships and working knowledge with supply chain internal/external customers and suppliers

Assist and participate in project work and teams for new product launches, system upgrades, and provide ad-hoc searches upon request

Manage disposition of damaged, expired, donated finished goods and materials

Assist with the distribution of communication up and down the supply chain on upcoming changes, activities, plans, and ensure those with need-to-know acknowledge receipt

Schedule and perform data and inventory audits

Responsibility for special requests as needed

Ability to learn through development loops and support and assist cross-functionally within Supply Chain function during vacation and/or absenteeism

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Min, 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain role (Distribution Planning, Master Production, Materials Planning, or Demand Planning)

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and make quick decisions in an unstructured and high pace environment

Self-driven

Ability to make decisions with limited direction

Ability to work with a team as well as individual contributor

Highly detailed orientated with strong organizational skills
