Responsibilities
Assist in the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Support the coordination and execution of executive client meetings, seminars, industry trade shows, and other marketing-oriented events.
Help grow PCI’s engagement with key industry organizations.
Develop written and graphic content for digital marketing assets, client events, and sales support.
Serve as campaign administrator by assisting with project management and asset coordination.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and produce reports.

Required
3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, or a related field.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to develop campaigns and marketing solutions from conception to delivery.
Preferred
Experience in the construction industry
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva is preferred.
Ability to travel 20%
Local to the Ashburn, VA area
Working knowledge of WordPress is preferred
Experience with various systems and databases including ERP and CRM applications
