Responsibilities

Lead key work streams for Cloud Supply Chain Strategy and Digital Transformation efforts in the Supplier Risk and Compliance area.

Lead industry-wide supply chain engagements in Microsoft’s Supplier Risk and Compliance space.

Deliver Microsoft Cloud supply chain innovations by employing a data-driven and product engineering mindset.

Break ambiguous and complex problems into a manageable list of epics and features through clear and comprehensive specification writing.

Proactively mitigate critical risks to the product roadmap.

Market both in-flight and envisioned product capabilities and strategies to leaders, influencing for impact.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience

2+ years combined experience: Supply Chain, Cloud Program Management, Product Management, Data Science, Operations Research, technical/engineering role(s)

2+ years of experience leading product management and/or implementing automation systems

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role

Preferred

Effective understanding of supply chain fundamentals

5 years of demonstrated proficiency in product management and executive level presentations and communications

Understanding of Cloud Fundamentals and Technologies

MBA/MS/graduate degree in a quantitative field

Proven success in collaborating across engineering, business, data science, and operational teams, up to and including working with Partner/GM level stakeholders

Written communication and presentation skills

Ability to quickly learn existing concepts and employ new techniques

Effective problem-solving skills
