Responsibilities

Regional sales operations including managing forecasts, quotations, PO’s, backlogs, account receivables, logistics, and reports.
Prepare and conduct external/internal meetings, presentations, contract negotiations, SWOT analysis, and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and respect.
Communicate with both direct and indirect customers to understand their needs, deliver value, and maximize market-share opportunities.
Collaborate with HQ units and business units to deliver Soitec value messaging and execute strategies.
Work with Corporate BD to grow new business, applications, and customers using strategic selling methodologies.
Apply Miller Heiman methodologies to uncover customer decision makers, build relationships, and develop scorecards for business opportunities.

Required

Degree – Minimum 4 Years Relevant Experience
>2 years experience in semiconductor industry with at least one of the major US customers
General semiconductor materials, applications, industry, and global ecosystems
Local and international business/sales practices
Knowledge of our top customer’s technical processes, and business focus
Excellent business acumen
Strong personal values: integrity, honesty, most importantly focused on doing the ‘Right-Thing’ in support of our customer’s success, and success of Soitec
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication and networking skills
Excellent connecting and uncovering skills
Exceptional listening skills
Proven track record building personal customer relationships based on mutual trust and respect
Knowledge of Miller Heimann skills – specifically decision maker analysis, and leveraging scorecards
Strong technical background with demonstrated performance including knowledge of the customer’s technical process and business
Excellent presentation skills
