Responsibilities
Responsible for managing a team of engineers, landscape architects, and designers to develop civil engineering designs for public and private sector clients.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preliminary design to construction level design plans.
Partner with the Practice Leader to expand workload by building and maintaining client relationships.
Prepare project reports, complete site visits, and work on project setup, billing, and closeout.
Create accurate fee proposals, ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Train and guide staff for project success.
Perform fieldwork, gather existing conditions information, and conduct construction inspections.
Attend meetings, provide project performance results, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience.
Appropriate professional certification preferred.
