Responsibilities
Weekly reports on technology utilization, unapproved hours, and WIP for distribution
Inventory Management including cycle count metrics, E&O and account reconciliations
Prepare ad hoc reports for management
Lead management reporting for actual results and forecasting for Distribution team

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance along with 3+ years or more of relevant experience (preferable in the manufacturing industry)
FP&A experience in financial reporting and analysis and managing multiple priorities at a time
Must be able to learn and improve processes on a month to month basis
Excellent communication skills
Be able to manage processes within different teams
Preferred
Minimal travel- less than 5%
