Responsibilities
Adhere to and implement policies and procedures outlined in our Systems Delivery Methodology (SDM) and Project Management Office (PMO).
Analyze, design, test, and provide production support for engineering systems like PTC Windchill and Creo Parametric.
Proactively troubleshoot and address issues within engineering systems to minimize disruptions and enhance performance.
Act as a backup for operational business areas when needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing application systems and develop strategies for improvement.
Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and alternatives to address operational challenges.
Lead or participate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and prepare business cases for system implementations.
Ensure compatibility and interoperability of computer application systems.
Provide orientation and training to end-users.
Conduct research on software and hardware products to support purchasing decisions.
Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance to third-party resources.

Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.
5+ years of related work experience.
Expertise with PTC Windchill and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems required.
Preferred
Familiarity with CAD systems such as Creo Parametric or Solidworks beneficial.
Experience with Oracle EBS and/or SAP a plus.
