Responsibilities
Assisting the project management team in the construction of bridges and retaining walls.
Scheduling and coordinating the development of shop drawings and work plans.
Tracking pay quantities and submitting pay requests to project owners.
Evaluating project performance against budgets and schedules.
Identifying changes to project scopes and pricing change orders.
Managing subcontractors and providing technical support to foremen and superintendents.

Required
3-7 years of full-time experience working for a structures company or concentration in the structure aspect of a larger project or experience in large heavy civil construction projects.
A degree in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
Field engineer or other field experience is highly desirable.
Must be proficient in reading plans, scheduling, maintaining relationships with Owners and subcontractors, and general project billing.
Willingness to work variable hours and participate in hands-on training.
Preferred
Design build experience would be a plus.
