Responsibilities

Maintain daily communication with advertising agency for marketing collateral and ad releases.

Execute the e-marketing plan by creating and distributing social media and email marketing.

Review and deliver analytics of digital marketing campaigns.

Coordinate and attend community and realtor events.

Manage the divisions' participation in trade shows.

Maintain a monthly marketing calendar to track critical activities.

Facilitate the creation of marketing collateral and community signage.

Act as a liaison between construction and sales departments.

Process marketing/sales invoices.

Coordinate sales and marketing meetings with vendors and agencies.

Required

Minimum High School or GED required

Minimum 1 year experience in marketing required

Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude, deal effectively with confrontational situations and maintain objectivity with homeowners, fellow associates, and in all public relations

Excellent computer skills including advanced Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook

Preferred

Minimum 2 years in homebuilding industry preferred
