CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities
Perform set-up and operation of assigned lathe, mill, and/or balance machines.
Perform in-process measurements using micrometer, dial indicator, and calipers.
Adjust machining process based on inspection results to ensure parts meet specification.
Work from process sheets, engineering drawings, specifications, sketches, and instructions to machine products.
Perform routine preventative maintenance for CNC equipment.
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
Support and maintain overall shop efficiency by keeping work areas clean and safe.
Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and safety-oriented work.

Required
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
Experience running CNC machines (lathe, mill and balance) helpful.
Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel desired.
Knowledge of measuring equipment helpful.
Good math skills.
Ability to follow instructions carefully.
Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
