Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CAD Department, ensuring seamless coordination between Engineering Managers and CAD Technicians.
Develop and enforce CAD design standards and procedures to meet client needs.
Provide mentorship and guidance to maintain operational and technical excellence within the CAD team.
Collaborate with Engineering Leads to address technical challenges and optimize workflow efficiencies.
Maintain thorough documentation of design deliverables and foster positive relationships across the organization.

Required
6+ years of experience in MicroStation and AutoCAD
Preferably, a background in bridge design or roadway design for transportation agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, PANYNJ, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, etc.
Full-time position located in Princeton, NJ
