Responsibilities

Compliance Management - Assess and facilitate compliance with external regulatory and security certification requirements (PCI, HIPAA, SOC2)

Third Party Management - Complete customer security questionnaires, evaluate third-party vendors, and maintain an information security question/answer database

Security Management - Establish cyber and physical security processes, drive organizational alignment to the company’s chosen security framework, and perform regular reviews

Risk Management - Identify and mitigate potential cyber and physical security risks

Policies and Standards - Develop policies and standards that mitigate physical and cyber risks to company information, IT systems, products, facilities, and assets

Security Implementation and Operations - Operationalize solutions, deliver day-to-day security operations and support

People Management - Direct and indirect management of employees, teams, and stakeholders, set direction of cross-functional teams, and mentor department staff

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

3 years Security experience with at least 1 year security compliance experience

Excellent communications and presentation skills

Team player

Planning and organizing

Initiating action and prioritizing work

Technical knowledge (security and compliance)

Familiarity with NIST or ISO, PCI, HIPAA security standards

IT Security Audit experience

Preferred

Security+ certification

CISSP certification

PSP certification

CIPP certification

CISA certification
