Responsibilities

Engage in hands-on technical work alongside the development team, contributing to coding, testing, and deployment as needed.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Ensure high-quality code delivery through solution design, code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects within the program.
Lead Agile program/projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Develop and maintain detailed program and project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Define program and project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Actively participate in and facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Lead design thinking sessions and lead the technology projects/programs with a product mindset.
Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and senior management to define project goals and deliverables.
Ensure transparent and effective communication of program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with the program vision and objectives.
Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as program increment planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Remove impediments and blockers that may hinder team productivity and progress.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to reflect and improve their Agile processes.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
Monitor and report on the status of risks and issues to senior management.
Track and report on program performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
Measure project success against defined KPIs and objectives.
Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to leadership.
Promote and implement best practices for Agile methodologies and project management.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Agile advancements.
Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and team dynamics within the technology division.
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor project expenditures and maintain financial accountability.
Provide financial reports and updates to senior management as needed.
Organize and conduct Agile training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
Mentor and support the professional development of team members, fostering a learning environment.
Encourage knowledge sharing and skill enhancement within the team.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and overall 8-12 years of progressive professional experience of software development, testing and managing multiple projects
Technical background with proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, SQL and development frameworks
Hands on application development and management experience on Azure/AWS cloud
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Extensive hands-on experience in Agile project management and software development within the financial services or fintech sector
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and tools (JIRA, Azure Boards, Confluence)
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in a startup or fast-paced environment
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with digital banking and emerging financial technologies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance within the banking industry
