Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the entire construction process from conception to completion
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
Coordinate and lead project meetings with the project team and stakeholders
Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
Ensure project closeout and turnover to the client

Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
Experience managing multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
